What you get

I currently have just two remaining slots for my 1-2-1 coaching service, as of April 2025. This consists of one 45 minute call per week (voice or video), and unlimited WhatsApp engagement.

You’ll also receive written guidance and exercises to complete after most sessions, so you have opportunities to practice what we discuss on our calls. This is a vital part of our coaching relationship, because you can’t learn new skills through purely talking about them - you need to field test them out on the roads and trails.

I also offer coaching-on-the-run sessions, where we can spend quality time on the trails or in the mountains discussing what’s holding you back. There’s something uniquely productive about this service - it’s crazy how much easier it is to explore the inner workings of your mind whilst also exploring the landscape. These are booked on a one-off basis, with price dependent on location and duration (from 1 hour through to multi-day mountain adventures). Enquire here for more info.

What you can expect

Nothing motivates me more than helping others realise their dreams, and I can promise you I’ll be all-in to help you realise yours.

Expect to be challenged (in a supportive way!) on our sessions. You’re going to be asked to explore some potentially difficult topics in order to redefine how you approach running. Your mind isn’t going to enjoy the discomfort, and will try to keep you locked into existing thought patterns in a misguided attempt to keep you ‘safe’. I’m here to call out when I see this happen, and help you push through the discomfort to reach a new level of happiness and performance.

My coaching style is one of honesty, curiosity, zero judgement, and hopefully a bit of humour along the way. I’m not here to dispense advice, talk at you endlessly, or lock you into a long-term commitment. I’m here to listen, truly understand your unique challenges, and partner with you to make a lasting change in your running life.

What you pay

Your introductory 45 minute session is free of charge - enquire here for availability.

If we both feel we’re a good fit, it’s then £200 per month for weekly 1-2-1 sessions. Discounts are available for serving military, veterans, and emergency services - drop me a message for more info.

I do ask for your first two months up front please; this is because real progress takes time and effort. Making this financial commitment is primarily for your benefit, as it increases the likelihood that you’ll stay the course if things get uncomfortable (they almost certainly will).

That said, I offer a full refund, minus £50 per completed session, should you be unhappy or don’t feel like we’re a good fit.
